Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable business to be easily managed by a method wherein a device which can automatically perform switching of continuous forms/cut form is so constructed as to be capable of being manually switched even under a state in which an actuator is locked such as in paper jamming or the like.
CONSTITUTION: A platen gear 30 can be linked with a tractor drive gear 28 via a clutch gear 64, and the clutch gear 64 interlocks/intercepts both gears according to swing of a clutch lever 60. Through the clutch lever 60 swings with a switching lever 60, the switching lever 60 is moved with a switching cam 34 driven with a stepping motor M. Then, by moving the switching cam 34 manually in ordinary time, change-over of continuous form/cutform can be manually performed without applying any load to the stepping motor M.
