In facilities, which have each an uncoiling device and a recoiling device for a metal strip, arrange an inlet side looper, a heat treatment furnace, and an outlet side looper between them, and continuously heat treat the metal strip on the way to the recoiling device from the uncoiling device, these facilities comprise arranging a degreasing unit between the uncoiling device of the metal strip and the inlet side looper, providing a bypass route for directly connecting the way between the inlet side looper and the outlet side looper without passing through the heat treatment furnace, and installing a trimmer for trimming the metal strip, a scrap receiver for catching the scrap generated by the trimming, and a purifying means comprising an oiler for applying a lubrication oil to the trimmed plate, in a region between the outlet side looper and the recoiling device.
