Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device for oxidizing waste water such as the photograph development waste containing both of an inorganic substance and an organic substance mainly of heavy metals efficiently and at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: A first oxidization device 4 for wet oxidizing an inorganic substance without a catalyst and a second oxidization device 7 for oxidizing an organic substance under the presence of catalyst are used as high pressure reaction devices respectively, and a solid-liquid separation device 6 for removing cakes from the neighborhood of the first oxidization device 4 is connected to respective oxidization devices 4 and 7 by means of pipelines to operate the whole system under the pressurized state.
