PURPOSE: To provide a mortar plate which has excellent adhesive workability to a wall face, has a surface material which does not peel nor fall, and can be manufactured easily, by integrating a mortar and the surface material by compression bonding.
CONSTITUTION: A mortar 1 is conveyed in a die body 6 mounted in a manner descending forward slantingly and supplied to a surface material 10 from a mortar extruding outlet base 7. The surface material 10 is a continuous sheet in which rear faces of a number of surface materials 10... are adhered by a synthetic resin mesh sheet 11 and a number of tiles are arranged and adhered on the band-like synthetic resin mesh sheet 11. The continuous sheet is sent forward horizontally under a vertical screw type kneader 4. It is inserted in between a surface material insert guide roll 13 arranged at the upper stage and a polypropylene belt conveyor 15 which moves on a face of a roller 14 arranged at the lower stage, and conveyed to the lower face of the mortar extruding outlet base 7.
