PURPOSE: To improve productivity by quickening a curing rate, by a method wherein ultraviolet-light transmission fiber with which ultraviolet-curing resin is made to impregnate is led in order into a plurality of molds and the ultraviolet rays are irradiated among the molds or within the molds.
CONSTITUTION: Ultraviolet transmission fiber 10 unfastened from a fiber creel 1 and soaked into ultraviolet-curing resin 2 by passing through a guide roller 11 is impregnated with the resin. The fiber 10 which has come out of a tank 12 of ultraviolet-curing resin is led in order into a plurality of molds 4 in the inside of a curing part 3 through a guide roller 13. Ultraviolet rays are irradiated to the fiber 10 from a ultraviolet lamp 5 in the inside of the curing part 3 and curing of the ultraviolet-curing resin with which the fiber 10 is impregnated between molds or within the molds is performed. Then the fiber 10 is taken off by a take-off roller 6 at a constant rate and ultraviolet-curing FRP is manufactured continuously.
