Abstract:
To save labor for switching a web roll.SOLUTION: A continuous sheet cutting device, which cuts off a continuous sheet extending to a folding-back mechanism part of an inter-folder, comprises: a string-shaped body with an impregnating property which is facing a sheet passing path for one or a plurality of continuous sheets and is arranged across the sheet passing path; a movement path for the string-shaped body which crosses the sheet passing path for the continuous sheets; driving means that moves the string-shaped body to be reciprocatable in the movement path; and a porous elastic body having an impregnating property arranged on the movement path for the string-shaped body, which makes the string-shaped body contact the porous elastic body so that liquid is impregnated into the string-shaped body and makes the driving means press the string-shaped body impregnated with liquid against the continuous sheet positioned on the sheet passing path, so as to cut the continuous sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
