PURPOSE: To provide a very simple and inexpensive device for continuously supplying a continuous adhesive tape by using a plurality of tape rolls.

CONSTITUTION: Rolls 4 are designed to pull an innermost end tape portion 4a from a structural wound tape 4'. A continuous tape, designed with an outermost end tape portion 4b pulled out of a following roll and tied to the tape portion 4a of a preceding roll of a plurality of rolls sequentially mounted on a shaft 2 provided on a bearing means in an integrally rotatable manner together with holder modules 1 having center holes, is made before supplied. Each of the modules includes a roll supporting disc, a roll retainer 36 at one side and a preceding module retainer at the other side and a spacer element 35 for specifying a gap between both modules. A groove 21 provided in each retainer and the spacer element of the following module are contoured to pull the tape portion 4a out of the groove to the outside of a system.
