Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous take-up motion capable of automatically and efficiently conducting bobbin changing work or the like without depending on manual operation, and a bobbin changing method thereof.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with an automatic opening/closing mechanism 32 to automatically open/close front surface doors 16a and 16b provided in a takeout direction of bobbins 3a and 3b by linking them with traverse parts 10a and 10b, and a rotary movement mechanism 25 linked with the traverse parts 10a and 10b to rotate a terminal cover 8 between the bobbins 3a and 3b to move toward the other bobbin 3b. Opening/closing work to the front surface doors 16a and 16b and changing work to the terminal cover 8 which conventionally have been conducted by man's hand can thus be automatically performed. Bobbin changing work can thus be automatically and efficiently conducted.
