Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the system to make a response with stable accuracy by measuring the weight of a work composed of a contained filled up with a liquid and the excessive or insufficient amount of the liquid from the standard weight of the work. CONSTITUTION:A pallet 4 carrying a work 5 and ID plate 6 which stores the type of the work 5 is moved onto a weighing section 10 composed of a balance 2, roller conveyor 3, stopper 8, and optical sensor 9 for detecting the carried work 5 mounted on a pedestal 1 and the pallet 4 is temporarily stopped by means of the stopper 8. After stopping the pallet 4, the weight of the work 5 is measured. An arithmetic section 30 calculates the excess and deficiency of the weight of the work 5 by comparing the measured weight of the work 5 with a standard weight of the type of the work 5 stored in a CPU 31 and sets an excessive or insufficient weight in a batch counter 35. Then the excess and deficiency of the work 5 is resolved by weighing the set weight by means of a mass flowmeter 16 and supplying or sucking the set weight to or from the work 5 by means of a oil feeding gun 18.
