Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily perform the speed changing operation of a car during not only the stoppage but also operation of an engine by slidably and engagedly supporting a conical slant face and an eccentric input cam with a noneccentric part on an input shaft. CONSTITUTION:A conical slant face is and an eccentric input cam 7 with a noneccentric part 7b are slidably and engagedly supported on an input shaft 1. Arms 13, 14 protrude from rotating shafts 3, 4 supported in parallel with the input shaft 1, and rollers 16, 17 supported at the tips of the arms 13, 14 are made to abut on the eccentric input cam 7. Gears 11, 12 are supported on the rotating shafts 3, 4 through one way clutches C1, C2, and meshed with a gear 5a on the input shaft 1 respectively. The cam 7 is formed so that its rotating action may lengthen a feed stroke where the rollers 16, 17 are moved by tension springs 18, 19 from their outward rotated position to their inward returned position than a return stroke, and moreover the rollers 16, 17 are plurally provided. Smooth and steady continuous rotation can therefore be transmitted to an output shaft 2.
