CONSTITUTION: A drive shaft 2 and a driven shaft 3 are concentrically fitted to a main body case 1 receiving oil 9, a first pump case 4 having a suction port 17 and a discharge port 18 is fixed to the drive shaft 2, a second pump case 11 having a suction port 15 and a discharge port 16 is fixed to the main body case 1, and a sleeve valve 19 can be slidably fitted around the first and second pump cases 4, 11. The driven shaft 3 is combined with first and second gear pump mechanisms 8, 14 provided in the first and second pump cases 4, 11 respectively through gearing.
