PURPOSE: To form a thin light-weight contour body having strength, and to manufacture a concrete product without requiring decorative finish at a jobsite.

CONSTITUTION: A washing finish section 3 is formed onto the surface of a contour body 1, in which carbon fibers 2 are arranged at a center thereof and which is made of mortar or concrete, as shown in the figure. Concrete 4 is placed on the rear of the contour body 1. The surface of forms is coated with a retarder, carbon fibers 2 are disposed into forms, mortar is poured into the forms and the contour body 1 is manufactured in the manufacture of a decorative concrete product having such structure. The contour body 1 is cured, and mold-released, and the surface is washed away by high pressure water, thus acquiring the decoratively finished contour body. Concrete is placed on the rear of the contour body.
