To provide a control apparatus for a machine, which reduces a material cost and improves productivity while keeping quality of materials without using a large number of moisture-proof potting materials, or the like.
The control apparatus for the machine comprises: guide parts 45 indicating a range for applying a coating material, the guide parts 45 being provided in an inner bottom portion of a protecting case 42 internally provided in a control apparatus body 41 having a surface thereof directed upward. A first coating material 44b is applied to a predetermined portion on a side of a back surface of the control apparatus body 41, and the control apparatus body 41 is internally provided in the protecting case 42 having a second coating material 44c applied to the range indicated by the guide parts 45 to cover conductive parts 46a of electronic members 46 with the first coating material 44b and the second coating material 44c. As the result, the applied amount of the coating materials can be reduced in accordance with the required thickness of the coating materials.
