Abstract:
PURPOSE:To maintain the more precise stationary state of a body in motion by controlling the motion of the body based on a predicted value by the control the same as the present control for reducing excessive or insufficient control compared with the control carried out by the difference between the present control value and the predictor. CONSTITUTION:The speed of a moving control object 4 is measured at a constant period, and the difference between the measured speed and a specified value is outputted. A variation variable detecting section 21 calculates a differential value of the difference and stores the calculated differential value in a time series. A speed predicting section 23 predicts the difference of speed between a value measured at the next measuring point and a specified value from the present speed and differential value of the difference stored in the time series. Based on this predicted value, a drive control section 3 controls the driving of the control object 4.
