Abstract:
To solve the problem that information for determining whether or not a vehicle can be transmitted and received between power networks by a user is not sufficient.SOLUTION: A control apparatus comprises: an action area specification unit that specifies an action area of a user of a vehicle having a driving power source; and a notification control unit that notifies a user of transmission and reception power information indicating a past record of a power transmission and reception which were performed in past between a vehicle associated with the other user in an area indicated by area information and a power network.
