PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus of a refrigerator for a cooling vehicle, which optimizes a transport cost.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes: a positional information acquisition part that acquires information on a starting position of a vehicle and a target position thereof; a driving condition prediction part that predicts driving conditions including a traveling speed of the vehicle on a travel route and a traveling speed duration, on the basis of the travel route for the vehicle identified on the basis of the starting position and the target position; and a control mode determination part that determines a control mode of a refrigerator provided in the vehicle, according to the driving conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
