PURPOSE: To provide a control arm for a vehicle suspension system, which withstands heavy loads and of which the weight is reduced.
CONSTITUTION: The modulus section 20 of a control arm 10 is of stamped and welded construction and also the construction has a substantially triangular configuration, which is reinforced along the high compression stress area.
