Abstract:
To provide a control calibration device of a variable displacement pump capable of enhancing flow rate control accuracy of a variable displacement pump, and a method thereof.SOLUTION: A control calibration device of a variable displacement pump 3 comprises a controller 10 that outputs a current value for a flow rate command of the variable displacement pump 3, and a flow rate sensor 11 that measures a flow rate of the variable displacement pump 3. The controller 10 has a function of determining a quadratic function equation that is a current versus flow rate characteristic for controlling the flow rate of the variable displacement pump 3, based on a first current value when the maximum flow rate of the variable displacement pump 3 is measured by the flow rate sensor 11, a second current value when the minimum flow rate of the variable displacement pump 3 is measured by the flow rate sensor 11, and a fixed current value corresponding to a fixed flow rate based on the specifications of variable displacement pump 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
