PURPOSE: To secure the steering stability of a car without giving an uneasy feeling to a driver by adjusting the car height in proportion to car speed, thus permitting smooth car-height adjustment.
CONSTITUTION: The pulse output of a car-speed sensor 10 outputs an analogue voltage in proportion to a car speed into an A/D converter 30 by a frequency/ voltage converter 20. The detection outputs of car-height sensors FR, FL, RR and RL are selectively taken-in and converted into digital signals, and a CPU 40 takes-in the digital signals supplied from the A/D converter 30. Calculation treatment is performed on the basis of a control program stored in the ROM in a memory part 50, and the control signals for driving car-height adjusting valves 80-1W80-4 are output into a driver 70 through an I/O 60. Then, the car- height can be controlled according to the car speed, and steering stability can be secured.
