Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a control circuit for mobile crusher in which fluid amounts having flow rates necessary for hydraulic motors of equipment with different loads which constitutes the control circuit and actuators are supplied by a same pump and which has good simultaneous operability, minute operability, and reproducibility.
CONSTITUTION: An apparatus is equipped with one or more variable capacity type hydraulic pumps 1 for supplying hydraulic fluid and change-over valves 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 which continue and stop the hydraulic fluid from the pumps 1 to hydraulic motors and actuators. The front and rear pressures of the valves are inputted, and the discharge amounts of the pumps 1 are controlled to make the pressure difference constant. A pressure compensation control valve 11 which distributes discharged amounts corresponding to the necessary power of the hydraulic motors and the actuators or corresponding to a specified order of priority when the change-over valves are operated simultaneously and a control means for controlling the change-over valves at prescribed values set corresponding to the loads of hydraulic motors are provided.
