Title:
CONTROL CIRCUIT OF RICE COOKER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0366312
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of a reset switch, to decrease the number of parts and to reduce the cost by providing a delaying circuit for delaying the rise of a power supply voltage on a control substrate, detecting a voltage obtained from the delaying circuit, and outputting a reset signal when the voltage is below a prescribed voltage.

CONSTITUTION: The rice cooker is provided with a delaying circuit 10 for delaying a rise of a power supply voltage on a control substrate 4, and provided with a reset circuit 7 for detecting a voltage obtained from the delaying circuit 10, and outputting a reset signal when the voltage is below a prescribed voltage. When the control substrate 4 is connected to a power source substrate 3, the power supply voltage in the control substrate 4 rises suddenly. However, the output voltage of the delaying circuit is delayed by a resistance 11 and a capacitor 12 and rises. The reset circuit 7 outputs a reset signal by a prescribed voltage or below, and operates so as to release the reset at the time of exceeding the prescribed voltage. Accordingly, when a connector 5 is inserted at the time of assembling or servicing, the reset is executed automatically, a reset switch becomes unnecessary, and the number of parts can be curtailed by that portion.
