Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging/discharging control circuit capable of conducting re-charging even after the complete discharge of a secondary battery and, in conducting the parallel connection of a plurality of battery packs, preventing erroneous charging against current leakage from any other battery pack.
SOLUTION: This charging/discharging control circuit conducts a charging control switch for charging into the secondary battery when voltage higher than or equal to prescribed level is applied to a charger detection terminal OCV, turns the charging control switch off when the voltage of the charger detection terminal OCV is lower than or equal to the prescribed level, interrupts, unconducts a charging control switch connected to the outside, and interrupts charging of the secondary battery when the over-charging condition of a secondary battery fitted with a control means prohibiting charging into the secondary battery and connected to the outside is detected.
