Abstract:
To provide a control circuit for a multiple function printer having a complicated function such as image reading or reading and writing process for magnetic information in addition to printing at a low cost.
By rewriting the content of a programmable gate array in a sub routine of each process, the same function of a logic circuit of an exclusively necessary function is realized in a programmable gate array of a scale smaller than the scale for including the logic circuit for all the functions with respect to the printing, image reading, reading and writing operation for magnetic information in a multiple function printer, the material cost can be reduced.
