Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle from going back at a return from an idling stop in a control device of an automatic transmission having idling stop control with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A control device of a vehicle automatic transmission switches a first speed stage and a reverse travel stage through direction switching of a 2-way clutch capable of switching a direction of permitting rotation. In the device, the automatic transmission includes idling stop for transferring no driving force from a driving source to an output shaft of the automatic transmission when a predetermined condition is met. When idling stop control is executed, a rotation of an input shaft is permitted, and an engagement combination is selected which contains at least the 2-way clutch that allows the output shaft of the automatic transmission to be secured to a casing if the output shaft of the automatic transmission is rotated by wheels of a vehicle in a rotation direction where the vehicle moves rearward.
