To provide a technique capable of reducing noises while preventing the occurrence of motor step-out in a situation where the ambient temperature changes.SOLUTION: A control device 500 controls the operation of a stepper motor. An output unit 530 is configured to cause a stopped motor to operate at a first drive frequency and to operate after switching to a second drive frequency at a stable point.
