Abstract:
PURPOSE: To properly perform the supply of a current to an electrolytic cell, the judgment and display of electrolytic capacity and the judgment and display of the life of a filter cartridge using a flow rate sensor.
CONSTITUTION: The control unit 40 connected to the electric circuit of an electrolytic cell is equipped with an electrolysis judging means 42 judging the presence of electrolysis on the basis of the signal of a flow rate sensor 4 and the signal of a range changeover switch 28. When an electrolytic state is judged from the relation between a flow rate and electrolytic intensity by the electrolysis judging means 42, a power supply switch is turned ON to supply a current to the electrolytic cell by a power supply circuit. When a non-electrolytic state is judged, the power supply switch is turned OFF by the electrolysis judging means 42 to hold the electrolytic cell to a non-continuity state.
