Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of excessive engine brake torque.
SOLUTION: The control device has an electromagnetic two-way clutch, wherein a power circulation mode clutch 9, in an energized state, transmits torque in both directions on a driving side or on a driven side and, in a deenergized state, continues the transmission of the torque when the direction of the torque to be transmitted is maintained and cuts off the transmission of the torque when the direction of the torque to be transmitted is changed. In the case of operation in a power circulation mode, the rotating numbers of front and rear elements of the power circulation mode clutch are compared with each other, and when the rotating number of the element on the driving side, out of the front and rear elements, is larger than that on the driven side, a current is temporarily carried to the power circulation mode clutch.
