Title:
CONTROL DEVICE FOR ENGINE AND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3160025
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent generation of transmission shock caused by switching of an electric throttle opening characteristic by providing an intake amount control regulating means which regulates control of an intake amount by means of an intake amount control means, during operation of an automatic transmission.
CONSTITUTION: An output torque of an engine 1 of a power plant PT for a vehicle is converted by means of an automatic transmission 2 provided with a torque converter and a multistage transmission mechanism composed of a planetary gear mechanism and a frictional fastening element, and output from a transmission output shaft 3 to the side of a driving wheel. An intake amount control regulating device (electric throttle valve) 20 is provided for regulating control if an intake amount by means of an intake amount control means, during operation of the automatic transmission 2. In this case, a throttle opening characteristic is not changed over during transmission. In the driving at the time of switching of the electric the throttle valve incompatible sense caused by change is reduced and generation of transmission shock is prevented.
