Abstract:

PURPOSE: To perform finer control by obtaining generation frequency distribution of acceleration based on its detection value, calculating a mean value of Poisson' s distribution of minimizing a difference from the generation frequency distribution, and also moderating an engine output in accordance with decreasing this mean value.
CONSTITUTION: Drive power of an engine 1 is transmitted to tires 3 through a transmission 2. A throttle valve 7 is arranged in an intake passage 4 of the engine 1 and driven by an actuator 8. Further, the actuator 8 is controlled by a controller 9 based on each detection signal from a car speed sensor 10, accelerator sensor 11 and a gear position sensor 12. Here in the controller 9, generation frequency distribution of acceleration is obtained based on its detection value, to further calculate a mean value of Poisson's distribution which is the Poisson's distribution approximate to the generation frequency distribution to minimize a difference therefrom. An output of the engine is controlled so as to be moderated in accordance with decreasing the mean value of the Poisson's distribution.
