To restrict overdischarge and overcharge of a battery in a flight body including a gas turbine, a power generator, a battery and electric motors.SOLUTION: A flight controller of a flight body includes an electric motor controlling unit for controlling each of a plurality of electric motors 31. If the plurality of electric motors 31 are driven by power stored in a battery 30 or if the battery 30 is charged by power generated by a power generator 42, the electric motor controlling unit controls the plurality of electric motors 31 according to a state of the battery 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
