Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stabilize the load control of a generating plant by forming a command signal to a fuel battery system and an inverter on the basis of a deviation from a real output at the time of generating a load variation. CONSTITUTION:A fuel battery 22 inputs a fuel system input 21 and outputs DC power 23 and the DC power 23 is inputted to a DC/AC converter inverter 24 and sent to a transmission system as AC power 25. Voltage is varied on the basis of the unbalance of transmission/reception energy between a fuel battery 4 and an inverter 5 in a control system and continuously monitored and a deviation from a regulated value is added to a load command signal through a gain circuit 7 in an inverter system. An operation signal for a fuel control valve 3 is formed by a valve opening command 1 on the basis of a control signal formed as the added result and applied to the valve 3 for hydraulic pressure or air pressure. On the other hand, a control angle command 2 for the inverter is formed to control the inverter.
