Abstract:
To provide a control device for a fuel cell vehicle which can achieve both of suppression of power consumption of a secondary battery mounted on a fuel cell vehicle and suppression of degradation of a fuel cell.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling start and stop of a fuel cell in a fuel cell vehicle comprises the fuel cell, a secondary battery which charges generation power of the fuel cell, and a drive motor which is driven by electric power supplied from at least the secondary battery. This control device comprises: a travel environment detection part which detects a travel environment based on a moving average of travel state information which represents a travel state of the fuel cell vehicle; a fuel cell start determination part which determines start and stop of the fuel cell based on the travel environment; and a fuel cell control part which controls start and stop of the fuel cell based on a result of determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
