Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to cast the amount of raw material which meets output demand value required in a fuel cell as much as possible into an evaporator, while maintaining an evaporator temperature in a target management temperature by considering a heat balance of the evaporator and controlling fuel/air feed amount of a combustor.
SOLUTION: According to an output demand value required in the fuel cell C4, the raw material charge set point calculating means A3 calculates the set point of raw material charge which is cast into the evaporator C2. Then, a control device A5 estimates the heat balance of the evaporator, calculates a temperature target of heat transfer part in this evaporator based on the balance of heat amount in the evaporator, and controls fuel/air supply amount for a combustor C1 so as to maintain the temperature target. This can prevent that mass raw material based on a output demand value required by the fuel cell are cast into the evaporator suddenly and decrease the steam temperature of the evaporator.
