The control device for the human intervention type robot allowing the worker 1 to intervene in the operation of the robot 5 and to carry out work in cooperation with the robot 5 acting in accordance with the working program 16 taught beforehand, is provided with: a working program executing means 9 for setting and releasing the limiting action range according to assignments based on the working program 16; an action range presenting means for presenting the limiting action range to the worker 1; and a state presenting means for presenting the state of assignments by the working program 16.
