To provide a control device for human-powered vehicle that can contribute to comfortable travel of a human-powered vehicle to which propulsive power is given by a motor.SOLUTION: A control device for human-powered vehicle comprises a control part which controls a speed changer of a human-powered vehicle according to input information concerning at least one of a human-powered vehicle travel state and a human-powered travel environment, and gear change conditions.
