Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve acceleration performance at the time of stepping on an accelerator pedal of a hybrid vehicle on a low μ road.
SOLUTION: When wheels are slipping travelling driving force TR applied to wheels are detected (S13) from a shift ratio Ip of continuously variable transmission, engine speed Ne and throttle opening TH to obtain grip force TG (S13a) capable of ensuring frictional force between a road surface and the wheels from a road surface friction coefficient μ and a tire load W set according to ON-OFF status of a snow mode switch. Excess driving force Δ is detected from the difference between travelling driving force TR and grip force TG (S14). If the relationship between motor driving torque Tm and the excess driving force Δ for 2 motor/generator 26 driven according to a driving pattern control map is Tm>ΔT (S16-Y), the motor/generator 26 is driven as a motor with target motor driving torque Tm* obtained from Tm-ΔT (S17). In the case of Tm<ΔT (S16-N), the motor/generator 26 is driven as a generator with target generator torque Tg* obtained from &verbar Tm-ΔT&verbar (S18).
