Individual solenoid valves 11, 12 are arranged in forward and rear cylinder chambers 7, 8 of a pneumatic cylinder 1, and the pumping volume of the compressed air to the forward and rear cylinder chambers 7, 8 is individually controlled. A main part of a control part to drive-control various actuators of the solenoid valves 11, 12 is provided in a control box 30 in which the main part can be arranged separate from a part where the actuators are arranged, and the speed when a piston rod 3 is advanced/retracted and the stopping position can be precisely controlled with excellent accuracy without being affected by the installation environment with simple constitution.
