Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine with a supercharger which can limit a turbine rotation number to an allowable upper limit rotation number or smaller even if an abnormality occurs in an intake temperature sensor.SOLUTION: When an output value of an intake temperature sensor exceeds a preset intake temperature lower limit value, compressor downstream-temperature upper limit boost pressure and turbo rotation number upper limit boost pressure are calculated from the output value of the intake temperature sensor. When the output value of the intake temperature sensor is not larger than the intake temperature lower limit value, the compressor downstream-temperature upper limit boost pressure and the turbo rotation number upper limit boost power pressure are calculated from the intake temperature lower limit value. Requirement boost pressure is guarded by boost pressure at a side at which the upper limit boost pressure is smaller, the requirement boost pressure is set as target boost pressure, and the boost pressure at the smaller side is set as the upper limit boost pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
