Abstract:

To provide a device and a method for controlling phase adjustment facilities for performing equal frequency control in order to balance the load of all phase adjustment apparatuses ACF while always inputting one bank for eliminating harmonics among a plurality of banks of phase adjustment apparatuses ACF.SOLUTION: A control device 104 of phase adjustment facilities 10 is composed of a plurality of phase adjustment apparatuses ACF-1A to ACF-nM that respectively have a capacitor C, a reactor L, and a breaker CB and are connected to a bus Bus of an AC system. The control device includes: an input unit 104a for obtaining an open/close state of a plurality of phase adjustment apparatuses to the bus and a reactive power command from an upper control system; a control unit for controlling opening/closing of the plurality of phase adjustment apparatuses to the bus; and an output unit for operating the breakers of the plurality of phase adjustment apparatuses in response to an opening/closing command from the control unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
