Abstract:
PURPOSE:To set a previously decided or standard set value to various audio/ video equipment (AV equipment) automatically by executing reception from a reproducing device through a communication line and transmitting the various stored set values through the communication line to the various AV equipment. CONSTITUTION:Respective AV equipments are mutually connected through a communication line and a memory means 12 to store the various set values of the AV equipment while mutually connecting the respective AV equipment by the communication line, a data updating means 13 to update the contents of the memory means 12 according to results obtained by communication with the AV equipment, a data down load means 11 to define the contents of the memory means 12 as reset values to the AV equipment, a communicating means 14 for communication with the other AV equipment are provided. A control means 10 controls these respective means 11, 13 and 14. Thus, the previously adjusted set value or the standard set value can be automatically set.
