Abstract:
To provide a control device and a motor device which can efficiently radiate heat while suppressing increase of manufacturing costs and troublesomeness of assembly.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: a tabular resin holder 8 made of resin; a metal holder plate 70 made of metal having a contact part 96b at least a part of which is embedded in the resin holder 8 and exposed from the resin holder 8; a circuit board 9 which is fixed to one surface of the resin holder 8 and on which a switching element, etc. is mounted; and a heat dissipation adhesive layer having insulation properties, which is provided between the contact part 96b and a part where the switching element, etc. is arranged of the circuit board 9, and contacts the contact part 96b and the part where the switching element, etc. is arranged of the circuit board 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
