To provide a control device of a pellet heating device which can surely remove a clinker in a burner.SOLUTION: A control device of a pellet heating device comprises a burner 5 arranged in a combustion chamber 4, fuel supply means 3 for supplying fuel in a fuel tank 2 to the burner 5, and a combustion fan 9 for supplying combustion air to the burner 5, and the combustion control means 17 controls rotation numbers of the fuel supply means 3 and the combustion fan 9 so that the fuel is combusted at a combustion amount which is set by combustion amount setting means 20. When a continuous combustion time of the burner 5 reaches a preset set time T, the combustion control means 17 starts a removal mode for combusting a combustion product in the burner 5, and changes the rotation number of the combustion fan 9 so that the rotation number is increased by a prescribed rotation number n from a rotation number N corresponding to a combustion amount P which is set by the combustion amount setting means 20. A rotation number which is determined corresponding to each combustion amount P is set as the prescribed rotation number n.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
