PURPOSE: To prevent a boom from being brought into contact with a stack and perform an efficient delivery in a reclaimer.
CONSTITUTION: The inching travel distance set value set in the inching travel distance setting section 17 of a reclaimer 24 is compared with the inching travelable distance of the present delivery stage stored in an inching travelable distance memory unit 18, if the inching travel distance satisfies either of the following conditions: inching travel distance set value ≤inching travel distance and inching travelable distance in the present delivery stage ≤inching travel distance, the stage is automatically switched. If a collision preventing detector 14 detects that the distance from the tip of a boom 26 to a stack 23 becomes a fixed value or below, the stage is automatically switched. When the stage is switched, the rotating operation is performed in the lower delivery stage according to the repose angle set by a repose angle setter 16.
