PURPOSE: To reduce the operating rate of a compressor to keep the life of the same long and reduce power consumption by determining the operation of a fan motor upon stopping the compressor by the temperature band of a specification switching chamber.

CONSTITUTION: A temperature band detecting means 13 detects the condition of the temperature band of a specification switching chamber 2 and is constituted of a temperature band input detecting unit 11d for detecting to which temperature band among a partial chamber temperature band, a child chamber temperature band and a refrigerating chamber temperature band the detection is set. An opening and closing detecting means 14 detects the opening and closing condition of a motor driven damper 10 and is constituted of a detecting unit 11j. An operation control means 15 controls the operation of a fan motor 9 based on the detecting results of the temperature band detecting means 13 and the opening and closing detecting means 14 so that the fan motor 9 is operated when the partial chamber temperature band is set and the motor driven damper 10 is opened under a condition that a compressor 7 is stopped except the case of defrosting.
