PURPOSE: To provide a control device for a shelf loading lift in an automatic warehouse which contributes to improvement of the warehousing efficiency of cargoes.

CONSTITUTION: In a control device for a shelf loading lift in an automatic warehouse, a control means performs continuous unloading and picking up of cargoes when the shelf loading lift is located in a given position in a warehousing station or in a desired ranging stage position, and cargoes are unloaded to the one of right and left sides and picked from the other or cargoes are picked up from the one of both sides and unloaded to the other.
