Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance fuel consumption efficiency by reducing air resistance of an aircraft in flight.
SOLUTION: Since the steering blade 23 is rocked using a rocking actuator 25 in which a carrier 48 (final output shaft) is coaxial to a rocking center of the steering blade 23, a conversion mechanism (fixed link or the like) for converting the linear motion of a cylinder to rotational motion is not required as is different from a prior art. As a result, fairing for covering the conversion mechanism is not required. Accordingly, the air resistance of the aircraft in flight is reduced, thereby enhancing the fuel consumption efficiency.
