PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of recommending external equipment with performance suitable for a situation to the user.SOLUTION: A control unit includes a built-in function execution unit configured to execute a specific function, a communication unit that communicates with external equipment including an external function execution unit configured to execute the same function as the function of the built-in function execution unit, a performance obtaining unit 112 that obtains performance of the built-in function execution unit as built-in function performance and obtains performance of the external function execution unit as external function performance through the communication, a determination unit 113 that determines whether the built-in function performance or the external function performance is high for the comparable specific function, and a recommendation control unit 114 that recommends usage of the external equipment when the external function performance is higher than the built-in function performance by referring to the determination result depending on the execution status of the function when the built-in function execution unit executes the function.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
