Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for vibration suppression positioning capable of performing the stable positioning in short time.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with an integrator 6 for integrating a differential value of a target position command, a subtractor 7 for subtracting output and position command of the integrator 6 and outputting a position command deviation, a stabilized type prefilter 1 for removing a frequency component which is the same vibrating electrode ω0 of a feedback control system 5 when the differential value of the target position command is inputted, a command settlement means 2 for inputting output and position command deviation of the stabilized type prefilter 1, judging the starting of the command when the differential value of the target position command becomes zero to non-zero, judging finishing of the command when the differential value of the target position command becomes non-zero to zero, outputting 0 till starting the next command after the position command deviation becomes 0 and outputting the output of the stabilized type prefilter 1 as it is except the time, and a second integrator 4 for integrating the output of the command settlement means 2 and outputting the position command.
