Abstract:
A control apparatus includes: an acquisition unit configure to acquire first information from a first sensor, the first information including biological information of a user of a bed, the bed including a back section, and a controller configured to determine a timing when the user is to wake up based on the first information. If the user is to wake up, the controller performs at least one of an operation of increasing lightness at the location of the bed and an operation of sending wind toward the bed after increasing an angle of the back section.
