CONSTITUTION: In the case wherein a cooling, heating or ventilating mode of an indoor machine 3a and a preset value of temperature thereof are varied with a remote controller 2a being near at hand and the operating conditions thereof are differed from those of another indoor machine 3b, when a central monitorial control apparatus A begins to be operated by schedule control, the acting conditions of the indoor machines 3a, 3b become the same by being reset to the mode and value stored in the central monitorial control apparatus A.
